This section of the site is set aside for the things that occupy me when I’m not working.
I enjoy physical and mental challenges, so much of what you will find here is about triathlon, including my journey from an open water panic attack in my first event, through to completing The Brutal triathlon in Snowdonia.
As well as competing in triathlon and being the secretary for my local club, I raise funds for charitable causes, rattling the tin every 2-3 years.
If that’s not enough, when time allows, I travel as much as I can, and in the gloomier winter months can be found tracing my family tree.
